About you:

Key responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Day-to-day administration and management of projects
  • Liaison with client contacts (and agency partners where necessary)
  • A level of understanding (but importantly, a keen interest in) the strategic andcreative aspects of the business
  • Good organisation and time management to ensure excellent project delivery.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, able to communicate with clarityand confidence.

Commercial

  • Responsibility for the effective running of projects on a day-to-day basis, monitoring how time/hours are tracking against project budgets, and proactivelycommunicating any issues or opportunities

Agency

  • Active and enthusiastic participant in all aspects of agency life

Skills & Experience

  • Some healthcare agency experience an advantage (but not essential for the rightcandidate)
  • Evidence of strong worth ethic and proactivity in and out of education/work
  • Proficient in all relevant software
  • Business level English and German language skills
